DETAILS:
– Meals must be prepped ahead of time & served QUICKLY
– UTENSILS & PLATES MUST BE THE SAME AS THE ONES YOU USE AT GILEAD (ie wooden utensils only, no plastic, no regular compostable, paper/fiber plates)
– Be prepared with some additional ingredients incase overages are requested
– YOU MUST BE ON TIME
