Minimum Guarantee: $1,500.00 per truck
Menu: limited truck menu, 4-5 options max with one being vegetarian
Commission: 12% of net sales before tax and tip or guaranteed minimum (whichever is higher)
# of savory trucks: 1 truck per location
Payment: Guests will pay trucks $5 all-inclusive at the time of ordering and the client will subsidize the remaining $10 for a total of $15 per meal all inclusive (entrée+ side only, no drinks in this price). If guests would like to purchase drinks this will be handled separately.
It is important to send us the POS report with the number of transactions and net sales so we can correctly bill client for the correct # of meals and any minimums not met.
