Time of Event: 8:00am-10:00am, must arrive by 7:15 and send Michele a photo when arrived to avoid a $100 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Guaranteed: 375 tickets @ $16 per ticket. MUST stop serving once you reach your guarantee, you will possibly be given approval to go over after you reach your guaranteed amount by the client. They will let you know.
This event is not an ordinary Sutter Health event. You MUST provide pre-boxed meals that contain a variety of Breakfast Sandwiches and/or Breakfast Burritos, a side and Juice and Coffee for customers to choose.
Fee: 10% of total sales.
